I only saw a couple of people who looked like they were grabbing as much stuff as they could to pick through later, no doubt to resell on ebay. If for $700 you can't even get sleeves the same length you can't trust anything else about the quality. They make commissions too so many are willing to spend 10-15 minutes on the phone for a sale, whether it be small or large.
